Expected objectives of the project
The objective of the project is to prevent students' failure. Here, in order to carry out the project, the factors causing students' failure in both regions are determined. In order to clear off these factors, firstly it will be discussed what kind of studies have been done by now in both regions. On this material some methods will be distinguished or newly created and they will be applied at schools at both region schools. Further it will be discussed whether or not these methods achieved the goal which was aimed. All the time both regions are exchanging their ideas. In order to research students' failure, examine existing problems and develop solutions and methods and after that, carry them out, meetings, seminars, work groups, workshops, discussions, a conference will be conducted.
Expected main results
A common web site will be built up in which acquisitions and project's outcomes will be published and all the actions will be presented. Local informing meetings and workshops will be organized. Acquisitions will be practised at participating schools and at the same time they will be shared with other schools. Apart from Partners of the project, related educational institutions and associations will be effective for dissemination action since there will be visits to the related institutions and organizations, which will be invited also to meetings and events with the framework of the project actions. CDs including recording of workshops videos and photos will be distributed to related organizations and institutions. The outcomes of the workshops will be compiled as booklets, and our workshops and actions will be published in local newspapers. The Educational Institutions' awareness upon methods of preventing student’s failure will be ensured.
Expected impact and use
At the end of the project we will crack down the sources of students’ failure and find solutions against those negative sources. Participants will develop methods of preventing students' failure. All of the participants will use these methods on unsuccessful students. Thus, we will prevent too early leaving school, we will gain more success in national exams and reach the sociocultural level that is aimed by EU. By means of sharing best practice of our educational system with European countries, we aim to contribute to the common structure of E.U. Due to organized workshops, surveys, seminars, etc. teachers will improve their didactic and psychological competence which will be applied in teaching process and as a result beneficial for students. Promotion of the project in media and among local community will lead to increased knowledge and awareness of participating regions' culture, education. Customs, which consequently will have impact on mutual understanding and respect for other cultural backgrounds. During mobility actions the visits to the related institutions, schools and associations will be ensured and all information and experiences will be shared.
